Team Autonomy

Most of our crew work for us on freelance contracts - that means they control when they work, how much they work, and which jobs they prefer. Some of our crew work weekly, others every few months in-between their other jobs and commitments. We love that we can offer well paid, flexible work to them, and that they have total autonomy over their working hours.

Essentially, because our crew work as freelancers, we treat them as true freelancers - mind-blowing stuff right?

This means that sometimes there might be a little longer wait time if a lot of our crew are out of the city, and jobs on the very outskirts of Berlin may take longer to be picked up.
