Driller Queens was born from a need for more diversity and inclusion in the trades industry. We are proud to have a team where over 80% identify as female, trans and non-binary - we welcome all genders in our crew. Some folks are confused when they learn we welcome cis-men on our team too - let’s jump into that a little:

Aside from the fact it’s pretty illegal, discriminating against any of our potential teammates based on their gender is an incredibly shitty thing to do. Our goal is to raise the bar of an entire industry, and we firmly believe we have a stronger voice when we include everyone in this mission.

Everyone in our crew goes through an intensive hiring and onboarding process - for us soft skills are just as important as knowing your way around a toolbag. This ensures our crew all share our values: they’re warm, kind, awesome communicators who know how to build trust, and respect you and your space. They’re also shit-hot with a drill, naturally.
