Booking process
-
So, you’ve got a task (or a whole list) that you could use a royal hand with…
Your first step to booking a Queen is to fill out our easy lil contact form
We don’t do site visits before jobs, so we depend on all the juicy details you share with us to know what to expect and how to best prepare for your project.
We’ve included some useful prompts to guide you through the form, but the general rule is: “the more information the better” (+ the faster your job is approved)!
-
Your completed contact form lands with our Project Support team of DIY whizzes, who will be in touch via email to:
- Gather any missing info from you
- Answer questions you might have
- Give you a gentle heads up if any of your projects might not be safe, or suitable (here’s looking at you, hammocks in Altbauen)
- Send you a link to pop your info onto our job board
-
Once the Project Support team has gathered all the relevant details they’ll get your job *live*!
You'll get a link to our second handy form that we use for safekeeping your personal information. This will also magically create a Job Card on our Job Board.
Our customer service team make sure all the details are added to the card and it's ready for a Queen (or two) to be picked up! -
Our crew choose the jobs that are best for them based on their availability, skills, personal preferences, and location. They view the board to claim jobs between being on-site, which can take a day or two.
Once your job is claimed, your top-secret-highly-respected contact details are passed on to the Queen. They’ll then reach out to you directly (usually via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal) to schedule a date & time that works for you both.
Note that Project/Customer Support does not schedule jobs.
If a job is urgent or has been on our board a little longer than normal, we’ll always promote it to the team to get it booked in ASAP.

You’re on our calendar now, honey! Exciting, isn’t it?
You’re probably bursting with anticipation, so this is a great time to make sure you’re familiar with our pricing, and to double-check that: if you’re providing a ladder, it meets our guidelines.
If you need to cancel or make changes to the job, please write to Project Support and keep your Queen updated. No royal punishments - we promise! :)
